So you make a New Years resolution to get in shape by going to the gym. You do well for the first week and then Monday rolls around and your schedule gets away from you. What do you do?

By admitting you aren’t going to the gym you can simply readjust to your Plan B and execute. Decide what your Plan A (perfect day) and Plan B (minimum activity that is easy to do) in each of the following:

1. Spiritual

2. Physical

3. Emotional

4. Intellectual
